FAQ

Masira Kids serves children aged 3–12 through a clear learning pathway. Pioneers is designed for children aged 3–6 (pre-phonics), Explorers supports learners aged 6–9 through structured phonics, and Voyagers focuses on reading and speaking development for children aged 9–12.

We offer three core programmes: Pioneers (pre-phonics for ages 3–6), Explorers (phonics for ages 6–9), and Voyagers (reading and speaking development for ages 9–12). Each programme builds on the previous stage to support steady progress.

Yes. All lessons at Masira Kids are delivered in a 100% English environment. Children are taught exclusively in English by native English-speaking teachers to support natural language development and confidence.

Yes. All classes at Masira Kids are taught by native English-speaking teachers who provide clear pronunciation, natural language models, and confident communication support for children at every stage.

Our students attend classes twice per week, which allows for steady progress while keeping learning enjoyable and manageable. Our team can recommend a suitable schedule based on age, level, and learning goals.

Each lesson is 45 minutes long. Lessons are structured to maintain focus, engagement, and effective learning at every age level.

Masira Kids maintains small class sizes of no more than 8 students to ensure personalised attention, frequent speaking opportunities, and consistent teacher feedback for every child.

Yes. Our programmes follow a structured learning pathway aligned with Oxford Phonics World and Oxford Reading Tree, focusing on phonics, speaking, reading, and writing. Lessons are planned to support clear progression between Pioneers, Explorers, and Voyagers.

Yes. We carry out a simple, age-appropriate assessment, either by inviting the child to join an active class session or through a short spoken, reading, and written activity. This helps us place each child in the programme that best matches their current English level and learning needs.

Teachers regularly monitor progress through classroom observation, speaking activities, reading tasks, and written work. Feedback is used to guide lesson planning and support each child’s development.

Children progress naturally as their skills develop. Teachers monitor progress across speaking, reading, and writing, and will recommend movement between programmes when a child is ready.

Yes. Parents can observe lessons through live audio and video streams available in our lounge area. This allows parents to follow learning progress without disrupting the classroom environment.

All programmes follow the same pricing structure. Lessons are SAR 88 per 45-minute class (incl. VAT), available in 3-month (24 lessons) and 6-month (48 lessons) packages. That’s a 51% discount! The current discounted pricing is valid until July 2026.

Progress varies by age, attendance, and starting level. On average, children spend 6–9 months in Pioneers, 12–18 months in Explorers, and 12–24 months in Voyagers, with progression guided by confidence and skill development rather than fixed timelines.

If a child misses a class, we arrange a make-up session with another class to help them catch up with their group’s progression. Each student is entitled to up to one free make-up session per month, subject to availability.

Parents can contact the centre directly to book an assessment, speak with the team, and complete enrolment. Our staff will guide you through each step of the process.
